Acid-alkali Resistant Conveyor Belts are most commonly made of EP or NN (Nylon) fabric. It is produced through the processes of calendering, firming and vulcanizing.
It is suitable for conveying various corrosive pointless lumps, granular or powders such as coal, coke, sand and cement in either bulk or packaged materials under normal room temperature.
The edges of the belt can be customized depending on the required use, can either be cut-edged or mould-edged.
EP belt is the combination of Polyester in warp and Nylon in weft. EP belt provides far much lower elongation than NN belt and it can also be used for special purposes.
NN belt is the combination of Nylon in warp and weft and it is widely used in multi-ply conveyor belts for transporting bulk or lumpy materials.
Application:
Acid and alkali belt is suitable for conveying PH4-10 materials.

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
