You may have seen "shrinkflation" at the grocery store. Now you can find it in the dictionary. This month, Merriam Webster officially added the term, along with over 300 new words.

Roll out the red carpet: 2022's hottest new words are here. Merriam-Webster added 370 words to the dictionary in September, and we were delighted to find some of our favorite Econ 101 terms on the list.

Today, we hop on the conveyor belt that carries neologisms to the big book.
